Shelly plans to pen additional books about Hart v Sullivan... working title, Surviving Judge Thomas C. Falls.  She is also shopping a Docuseries about the horrifying conduct where Justin Arnold Bubion [Sullivan's deranged lawyer] and Ashan K. Peiris [the Associate from Wilson Elser] spent almost 2 years filing sanction motions [knowing they were perjuring themselves] to intimidate Shelly into dismissing the case. It now goes to trial [punitive damages] in November 2024. They even lied about LaSalle Property Fund Reit, Inc., being the owners of the property.  

Shelly will also be exposing the state bar, insurance defense carriers and her corrupt landlords.
